2018
GRIN was founded with the ambition to eliminate single-use shopping bags. The first complete system for a reusable bag was developed and tested.
2019
Experiences from pilots quickly taught us the importance of smooth and scalable collection. We became a hardware company and the first smart collection system was developed.
2020
As one of five globally selected startups, we participated in the Novo Nordisk Innovation Challenge. How could our solutions be developed and applied collect insulin pens?
2021
Together with Sprint Consulting, Asia Aker Brygge and food delivery pioneer Wolt, we piloted Norway’s first system for reusable take-away packaging.
2023
Patent application and CE certification. Establishment of manufacturing and serial production in Norway. Succesful launch with first customers!
